ERRACHIDIA TO MARRAKECH 3 DAYS TOUR

DAY 1: ERRACHIDIA – MERZOUGA :

We will start our 3-day tour from Errachidia to Marrakech, and take a scenic drive through the beautiful palm groves and oasis of Ziz Valley, enjoy the stunning views of the valley, and capture some photos. Then, we will visit Erfoud’s fossil workshops and shops. Learn about the fascinating fossil industry and see various ancient fossils on display. From there, we leave Erfoud and head to Merzouga, the gateway to the Sahara Desert. We will ride our camels through the golden dunes with magnificent views along the way, you will enjoy the sunset view on the top of the big dune. Then, you will spend the night in a luxury desert camp under the starlit sky with Berber music. Dinner and overnight will be in the camp.

DAY 2: SAHARA DESERT – TODRA GORGE – DADES VALLEY:

You will wake up early to see the most beautiful sunrise. Then, you will get your breakfast in the camp before taking the camels back to Merzouga, where our driver is waiting for us. We will leave the Sahara Desert and pass through Rissani, known for its traditional market on (Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday). Then, we head the road for the next destination, Tinghir, and Todra Gorges, “the highest and narrowest gorges in Morocco.” You will have the opportunity to hike along its valley. We will cross the Dades Valley, where you will see the majestic sand castles and the beautiful rock formations known as “monkey fingers.” The night will be in a riad or a hotel in the heart of the gorge.

DAY 3: DADES VALLEY – KASBAH OF AIT BEN HADDOU – MARRAKECH:

After breakfast, we will cross the Dades Valley, on the way to Kalaat Mgouna and Ouarzazate. The road through the Dades Valley is called the path of a thousand Kasbahs – offering many opportunities to take some of the best photos of the trip. We will stop at Kalaat Mgouna, “the city of roses,” to buy rose water, which will give your laundry a pleasant smell for a long time, and then we will continue to Ouarzazate, “the Hollywood of Africa.” Lunch at the famous kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, the largest kasbah in Morocco. Recognized by UNESCO as a world heritage. It is known for having served as a setting for many films, such as “Lawrence of Arabia” and “Gladiator.” Our journey will continue through the majestic Tizi ‘n’ Tichka pass (2260 m) through the High Atlas Mountains, before arriving in Marrakech, where the 3-day tour ends.
